Return Window
At Chill Hill, all our items are made-to-order to keep things chill and sustainable.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Customers may request a refund or replacement only if the item is damaged or misprinted.
Return Process for Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or misprinted:

Contact us at hello@chillhill.us with your order number and a photo of the item.

We'll review your request and provide instructions for returning the defective item.

Once we confirm the issue, you will receive a one-time store credit for your order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are never eligible for a refund or exchange:

Personalized or custom items

Items damaged by normal wear

Items returned after 15 days
Shipping Costs

Prepaid return labels are only provided for defective items or errors on our part.

Returns for any other reason are the responsibility of the customer.
