Chill Hill Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: September 1, 2025


Return Window

At Chill Hill, all our items are made-to-order to keep things chill and sustainable.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

  • Customers may request a refund or replacement only if the item is damaged or misprinted.


Return Process for Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or misprinted:

  1. Contact us at hello@chillhill.us with your order number and a photo of the item.

  2. We'll review your request and provide instructions for returning the defective item.

  3. Once we confirm the issue, you will receive a one-time store credit for your order.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are never eligible for a refund or exchange:

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Items damaged by normal wear

  • Items returned after 15 days


Shipping Costs

  • Prepaid return labels are only provided for defective items or errors on our part.

  • Returns for any other reason are the responsibility of the customer.
